The 42' cold-molded boat was built in Stuart, Florida and has only had two dedicated owners. Grizzly is powered by CAT C9 575hp engines that push the boat at an ultra efficient cruise of 27 knots, burning only 32 gallons and hour at just above 50% load; top speed at WOT of 35 knots. After years of consistent service, incredibly light loads and only 2430 hours, these power plants have thousands of hours of life ahead of them. At the business end of Grizzly's brand new 2" shafts (2021), are Veem wheels, which can essentially be repitched on the fly and allow the vessel's owner to easily adjust for peak performance. Wheels were balanced and tuned in 2022.

Grizzly boasts a massive 144 square foot cockpit - rivaling that of boats 55+ feet. A freshly sanded teak cockpit floor provides grip and great looks. A brand new Bluewater rocket launcher holds 8 rods with additional room for tackle, drinks and rigging. Reel outlets port and starboard with individual 30 amp breakers let you run the largest electric reels for dredges, wahoo fishing and deep dropping. At the bulkhead of the cockpit, you find a large, custom bait freezer to starboard and a thoughtful tackle and rigging station to port. At the stern is a 110 gallon livewell with both 12 and 120 volt pumps. Fresh and saltwater washdowns are below the covering boards. Rupp double spreader Tournament riggers with upgraded back bars for dredges, along with a Rupp center rigger allow for a massive spread with heavy dredges and teasers.

Grizzly also offers a Bausch American tower, with secondary controls, electronics, autopilot and radio.

The helm provides a center console, which is efficiently laid out to provide 360 degree visibility and all controls directly at your fingertips. A teak helm with palm beach style, single lever controls operate the vessel. New, multi-funtion displays provide access to the Furuno 96-mile radar, Furuno DD3 sounder, Furuno 511 autopilot and FLIR camera. Bench seats port and starboard with brand new cushions and freshly finished bright work provide ample storage underneath. The helm also features a drink box freezer combo forward to starboard and 12,000 BTU helm air conditioner is to port. A new acrylic helm enclosure was installed in 2020. The floor of the helm raises on a ram to provide additional access to the engine room.

Down the companionway, is a cabin suitable for extended stays. To port there are two bunks, with new custom memory foam mattresses and linens. The top bunk breaks down to form a settee. A dinette, with new cushions is to starboard and it breaks down to form a third bunk. Forward, to starboard there is a galley with two custom refrigeration boxes cable of being both refrigerators or freezers. A microwave / convection oven combo completes the galley. Fully forward is the vessel's head, with a surprising amount of room, offering a sink, vanity, cabinetry and a completely separate shower.

Down in the engine room, there is an ample amount of room, enough for two grown men to work together. Center forward there is a Phasor 8.5kw generator that powers the vessel. Brand new Frigibar refrigeration units and a Dometic 550 pound per day ice chipper are to the starboard, along with completely new refrigeration pumps. To port is a Sea Recovery watermaker, with a new board and sensors in 2023 and new high pressure pump in 2021. Engines are up to date with all maintenance with a 1000 hour service being performed in 2022, including aftercooler cleaning and pressure testing and transmission cooler service.

Grizzly is in absolute Palm Beach condition and has been maintained with an open checkbook by a knowledgable owner. Fresh paint and non-skid on the foredeck, covering boards and hardtop were completed in 2023, along with a fresh coat of bottom paint. The vessel is easy to see and located in Stuart, Florida.
